The Princesa Isabel Porter cachaça, finished in ex-Baltic Porter amburana wood, is a truly unique cachaça. The story begins like this:

In December 2023, a newly emptied amburana barrel from the Distillery traveled to the Três Santas Brewery, where it housed the Baltic Porter Terra da Cachaça beer for 6 months. The wood, still loaded with vanilla and cinnamon, imparted spice notes to the beer; the result was a gold medal at the 2024 Brazilian Beer Competition in Blumenau.

Returning to Princesa Isabel, this barrel, imbued with Porter beer, received a cachaça for 1 year that had been previously stored for 2 years in stainless steel tanks and another 2 years in an American oak barrel, emerging as a limited edition Single Barrel, complex, sophisticated, and with unique sensory notes.
